What You'll Do
As a Business Development Leader, your exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Collaboration in leading Business Development efforts in the initiation and development of new business opportunities
• Research, interpret and share market intelligence
• Identify and evaluate potential new clients and projects
• Attend pre-bid and community / municipal meetings, trade shows, conferences and society meetings
• Follow up with new and existing clients on project performance, additional needs and future project potential
• Track opportunities and BD initiatives using CRM system
• Coach and mentor technical staff on business development strategies, skills and techniques
• Assist with Marketing functions that may include preparation of proposals, presentations and other marketing submittals
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or science / engineering related field. Suitable work experience may be substituted at Triad's discretion.
• 5 years of experience marketing / selling professional services
• Prior experience in Northwestern WV and Southwestern PA markets preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders, executing and prioritizing tasks efficiently, accurately, and at a high quality
• Strong interpersonal skills and a disposition that is positive and professional
• Competency with CRM systems preferred
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
