The primary function of the position is to support marketing and business development efforts and interact regularly with internal and external clients. The ideal candidate brings creative ideas to our marketing strategies, is detail oriented, has an ability to work within tight deadlines, possesses strong written and verbal communications skills. What You'll Do
As a Business Development Leader, your exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Lead business development efforts in the initiation and development of new business opportunities.
• Maintain current client relationships
• Research, interpret and share market intelligence
• Work with technical staff on business development strategies, skills and techniques
• Preparation of proposals and presentations
• Assist with updating website and social media accounts
• Support brand consistency through marketing collateral development
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or science / engineering related field. Suitable work experience may be substituted at Triad's discretion.
• 5 years of experience marketing / selling professional services
• Prior experience in Southern Ohio, Eastern Kentucky and throughout West Virginia markets preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders, executing and prioritizing tasks efficiently, accurately, and at a high quality
• Strong interpersonal skills and a disposition that is positive and professional
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
