What You'll Do
Being part of the Triad team as a Human Resources Assistant, you will report directly to Triad's Chief Administrative Officer. You will work closely with our Human Resources Specialist. Day-to-day work will be in-office computer work and will require communication with both coworkers and HR vendors. This is an entry level or near entry level position, and once fully trained, this job may at times have teleworking opportunities. Triad has eight locations, and while this position will be in our Scott Depot, WV office, occasional travel to our other locations may be required. Exposure to a wide variety of diverse responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Ensure safety is always prioritized
• Provide excellent customer service to our employees
• Conduct screening interviews of job candidates
• Assist with employee benefit enrollments
• Assist with HR reporting and compliance
• Assist with HR-related accounting tasks
• Assist with accounting tasks as assigned

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources functions or a degree in a Human Resources-related field
• Strict adherence to rules regarding employee confidentiality is required
• The successful candidate will be well organized, a good note-taker, and will have the ability to follow tasks to completion independently
• Must be a good communicator
• Must have excellent computer skills
• Must be comfortable creating, working with, and manipulating Excel spreadsheets
