What You'll Do

Being part of the Triad team as a Human Resources Intern, you will report directly to Triad's Chief Administrative Officer. You will work closely with our Human Resources Specialist. Our office setting will be at a desk, working on tasks that require a computer, and will give insight on HR operations. This is an entry-level internship, and this position will be tasked with several projects, as well as learning and assisting with the onboarding process. Triad has eight locations, and while this position will be in our Scott Depot, WV office. This will be a great learning experience for a student and will get hands-on experience with the following:

• Communication
• Onboarding
• Compliance
• I-9 Audits
• Various other HR related tasks

Desired Qualifications

• A student that is majoring/minoring in a relevant field, such as HR Management, Organizational Leadership, Strategic Leadership, Business Management, etc.
• Strict adherence to rules regarding employee confidentiality is required.
• Must be a good communicator with a strong work ethic.
• Must have excellent computer skills.
