Summary / Objective: The primary function of the position is to support marketing and business development efforts at Triad, interacting regularly with internal and external clients. The ideal candidate brings creative ideas to our marketing strategies, is detail oriented, has an ability to work within tight deadlines, and possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.


Principal Job Duties:

  • Proposal Coordination- reviews RFP details with the team, organizes information from prior similar project experience, assists in technical and creative writing, assists with the layout and design of the proposal for visual appeal, updates resume information as needed, and works with the team to ensure completion on time.
  • Maintains an organized filing system for proposals, project sheets and team member resumes.
  • Assists with updating the website to include project write ups, press releases, and content.
  • Generates social media posts on a consistent basis and manages activity pertaining to our professional social pages.
  • Assists with exhibit/convention planning.
  • Creates press releases to include new staff hires, groundbreaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies, dedications, and open houses.
  • Performs functions of Customer Relation Management (CRM) administrator.
  • Supports brand consistency through marketing collateral development.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications. Suitable work experience may be substituted at Triad's discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders, executing and prioritizing tasks efficiently, accurately, and at a high quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a disposition that is positive and professional.
  • Must be comfortable communicating with the public.
  • Competency with CRM systems preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite software, specific to InDesign and Photoshop desired.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, a suitable driving record, and safely operate a motor vehicle

Physical Demands: This position routinely operates in an office environment, using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to frequently push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 25 pounds. Work may routinely require the employee to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. Reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities, as defined by the ADA.
