QC/Construction Practice Leader

Triad Engineering, Inc. has an immediate need for a Practice Leader to manage our QC/Construction group in our Morgantown, WV office.

DUTIES

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the practice to achieve maximum profitability and growth
• Overseeing and directing project management and technical staff
• Proposal and report preparation and review
• Prioritizing and scheduling the practice workload
• Ensuring high quality deliverables in a timely and efficient manner
• Effectively manage client base and client satisfaction
• Assist Regional Manager in planning, staffing, management and business development
• Train and mentor Staff Engineers and Field Technicians

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements include:

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Professional Engineering registration is preferred
• 5+ years relevant experience in Geotechnical Engineering/Materials Testing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Other Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be available to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environments

The employee may occasionally be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry field equipment weighing up to 60 pounds. Work may routinely require the employee to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl. Work is performed under all weather conditions, often on construction sites or in difficult terrain, and sometimes involves extensive standing and walking.
